Twitter followers of Shiba Inu have always been behind Dogecoin but now SHIB Inu seems to narrow the gap.
Shiba Inu and Dogecoin have had one of the most heated rivalries in the cryptocurrency industry. They compete not just for financial gain, but also for the community. In the last year, these digital assets’ communities have exploded. Dogecoin has always been the leader, particularly in terms of Twitter followers. However, SHIB continues to reduce the gap.
Gap of 20,000 followers between SHIB Inu and Dogecoin
Regardless of how quickly Twitter followers of Shiba Inu grew, it was always one level behind Dogecoin. Nonetheless, SHIB has gradually begun to close the gap between them.
On Twitter, it just surpassed 3,332,470 million followers. Dogecoin now has 3,356,541 million followers on Twitter. This indicates that SHIB is only 20,000 followers short of equaling.
This puts it ahead of Ethereum, Solana, and Cardano. All of them are well-liked initiatives in the area. Shiba Inu is ranked fourth among the top ten cryptos by Twitter followers.
