Riot Blockchain announces overall bitcoin production and mining activity in year 2022

Riot Blockchain declared that its Bitcoin production and mining activities have increased by around 150%, producing 508 Bitcoins compared to 203 Bitcoins generated in April 2021. 

Riot Blockchain reported that it self-mined 6,320 Bitcoins and traded 250 Bitcoins last month, earning a net profit of around $10.0 million.

The company also revealed that it presently operates a fleet of about 46,375 miners with a hash rate capable of 4.7 exahash per second (“EH/s”). 

Furthermore, it got 5,070 new S19j Pros last month and deployed around 3,456 S19j Pros in its immersion-cooled building. 

The business anticipates receiving an extra 7,240 mining equipment for use in its operational operations. The company purchased 1,702 S19j Pros from Bitmain, which are set to arrive this month.
