Actor and musician, Ice Cube, real name O’Shea Jackson Sr., was the latest celebrity to demonstrate his support for DOGE. Now, his company accepts payment in DOGE. Ice Cube praised the deal as “incredible and historic,” worth $625,000 or 4.86 million DOGE, and BIG3 dubbed it the “biggest commercial transaction in DOGE history”. As this could be the largest single commercial transaction done using DOGE.

Game management, voting rights, and intellectual property/licensing rights for team logos, names, and merchandise are all available to Fire NFTs owners. Furthermore, if the owner/holder sold his Fire NFTs, he or she would earn a 40% cut of the sale.
When Ice Cube reacted to a tweet from Bill Lee, a founder member of MyDoge Wallet, he joined a league of DOGE fanboys that included Elon Musk, Snoop Dogg, Roger Ver, Gene Simmons, and Mark Cuban. Cube’s dive into the world of Dogecoin is linked to his co-founding of the BIG3 basketball league with Jeff Kwatinetz. Lee made a small joke about NFT initiatives involving apes and owls as part of the announcement, implying that he only looks at NFT projects that are useful. This is despite the fact that several ape and owl projects have built usefulness for holders, and it’s a lot of hyperbole for a guy who’s mostly focusing on wallets for a meme coin that was founded as a joke.
Former NBA players are mostly featured in 3-on-3 basketball games rather than the traditional 5-on-5 format. Last month, the BIG3 announced a new league ownership strategy that entails selling tokenized shares in each of the 12 clubs. Each team is given 1000 NFTs in total, with 25 “Fire” NFTs worth $25,000 each and 975 “Gold” NFTs worth $5,000 each.
“If ya dig DOGE, me and the DogeArmy will take one as well,” Bill Lee, co-founder of MyDoge wallet, tweeted at Ice Cube on May 4 in response to Ice Cube’s previous post revealing that Snoop Dogg was purchasing two teams.
