EMURGO Ventures teams up with Partisia blockchain

EMURGO Ventures, a $100 million Cardano-backed investment entity, has announced a collaboration with major Layer 1 blockchain platform Partisia. Partisia provides multi-party computation (MPC) and zero-knowledge (ZK) tools.

EMURGO Ventures announced on May 3, 2022 that it has formed a partnership with Partisia Blockchain, a one-of-a-kind L1 platform with advanced privacy and anonymity.

The Partisia blockchain’s privacy-preserving zero-knowledge modules and multi-party computation tools will be used to power the Cardano (ADA) ecosystem’s decentralised apps (dApps).

Partisia’s development team will create customised smart contracts for Cardano (ADA) dApps. Cardano enthusiasts will be able to use ADA tokens natively when working with Partisia.

Additionally, this option will provide Cardano (ADA) dApps users and developers with better optimised and stronger privacy for all use cases.

In terms of privacy, accessibility, and interoperability, EMURGO founder and CEO Ken Kodama emphasises that this partnership is a game changer for the Cardano (ADA) segment.

Partisia officials also revealed that Web3 developers would be able to start building their own programming language as early as the summer of 2022.

Privacy-preserving zero-knowledge protocols and multi-party computing tools will transform the narrative of blockchain transaction security and anonymity.
