Cardano CEO taunts opponents by saying: ADA transactions dramatically risen due to “SpookyAlpha”

On June 3, Charles Hoskinson, the founder of IOHK and Cardano, has once again turned to Twitter to taunt Cardano opponents while releasing news of the ADA network transaction volume surpassing numerous major cryptos, including BTC, ETH, and DOGE. He cited “ghost transactions” again.

Romain Pellerin, CTO of Input Output Hong Kong, tweeted that Cardano’s network transaction volume has eclipsed that of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DOT, ALGO, and Dogecoin in 2022.

This year, the number of ADA transactions has increased by 369 percent, compared to 15 percent for Bitcoin, 49 percent for Ethereum, and 79 percent for Dogecoin.

Charles Hoskinson remarked on this, mentioning “ghost transactions” and “SpookyAlpha” in particular.

Hoskinson has previously mocked opponents who labelled Cardano as a “ghost chain,” tweeting a significant increase in the adjusted amount of transactions on the ADA network.

Hoskinson had before mocked the latest network outage with a tweet. The outage on the mainnet lasted little over four hours. Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko explained the incident on Twitter, claiming that a portion of the network deemed the block in question illegitimate, causing the whole Solana network to come to a standstill.

Hoskinson responded to the matter by posting a link to a YouTube video on how to update an outdated video game for Solana developers.

Later, Hosk revealed that Cardano had lately received a lot of criticism from both Solana and Terra, and that he couldn’t help but mock the latter. Terra’s currencies, Luna and UST, have just experienced a significant price drop.
