Are you having confusion regarding whether you should buy Bitcoin or sell it? Well, you have a clear answer now, according to the third-richest billionaire of Mexico.
Ricardo Salinas Pliego, Mexico’s third-richest billionaire, offered some bitcoin trading advice on Saturday. Ricardo is the founder and chairman of Grupo Salinas, a conglomerate with businesses in telecommunications, media, finance, and retail. His net worth is currently more than $13 billion, according to Forbes’ list of billionaires.
The billionaire urged his Twitter followers to buy bitcoin and maintain buying while the price is still cheap on Saturday. Since its all-time high in November of last year, Bitcoin has lost more than 40% of its value. Microstrategy, a Nasdaq-listed company, US Senator Ted Cruz, and the government of El Salvador are among those who have bought the dip. This isn’t the first time Salinas has urged people to invest in bitcoin.
He claimed in June last year:
“Bitcoin is an asset with remarkable features. All of bitcoin’s advantages, in my opinion, make it gold for the modern world.”
