Axie Infinity is a turn-based card game created on the Ethereum network that enables players to breed, grow, combat, and trade Axie creatures.
Axie Infinity promotes itself as a Pokemon and Tamagotchi-inspired game that uses Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to represent unique species, powers, land plots, and other in-game assets.
By playing Axie Infinity in Adventure or Arena mode, players may win two tokens: Axie Infinity Shards (AXS) and Small Love Potions (SLP). AXS acts as a governance token, allowing token holders to vote on the future evolution of the game experience. SLP is the in-game token used to breed Axies.
Users will be able to acquire Land NFTs in the future. AXS and SLP may both be purchased on various platforms and transferred to the Ronin wallet. The Ronin Bridge may also be used to transfer tokens from an Ethereum wallet to a Ronin wallet.
