Voyager Digital, one of the United States’ fastest-growing cryptocurrency platforms, today revealed preliminary revenue and user figures for the fiscal 2022 third quarter ended March 31, 2022.
The following Financial and Operational Key Metrics for the fiscal 2022 third quarter ended March 31, 2022 have been released by the Company:
Total revenue for the fiscal 2022 third quarter ended March 31, 2022 is expected to range between $100 million and $105 million, up from $164.8 million in the fiscal 2022 second quarter ended December 31, 2021 and $60.4 million in the fiscal 2021 third quarter ended March 31, 2021.
As of March 31, 2022, the total number of Verified Users has risen to almost 3.5 million, up from 3.2 million on December 31, 2021 and 1.0 million on March 31, 2021.
As of March 31, 2022, total funded accounts had increased to slightly under 1.2 million, up from 1.075 million on December 31, 2021 and 274 thousand on March 31, 2021.
In the fiscal 2022 third quarter, which concluded March 31, 2022, net new deposits were $395 million, compared to $1.04 billion in the fiscal 2022 second quarter, which ended December 31, 2021.
Voyager also reports that its Cusip 92919V405 OTCQX Markets listing is now DTCC service eligible. On or around May 16th, Voyager will release the results of its fiscal 2022 third quarter, which ended March 31st.
