SushiSwap worked for months to resuscitate what was left and came up with a concept called “Roadmap 2.0,” which is now available to the public.
SushiSwap will offer features and solutions in the future, such as Trident AMM 2.0, MultiChain launch, Shoyu redesign, limit orders, and other quality of life releases, as suggested by the project’s new vision.
Sushi will undergo a complete restructuring, including a technological upgrade and the introduction of new features, in addition to a technical update and the introduction of new features. Acquisition of new team members, a new compensation structure, the construction of a legal structure inside SushiDAO, and emission reductions are all part of the organisation.
SushiSwap was one of the most significant DeFi ventures in 2021, with Sushi serving as the ecosystem’s centrepiece. The project’s near-total decentralisation allowed for the formation of an autonomous team of people to work on it, but things did not go as intended following a large turnover.
The takeover by Frog Nation, which effectively decimated the community surrounding the project, also put the project in a position where it could have ceased to exist. However, as the most recent story reveals, enormous changes and effort have been made in the background in a short period of time.
SushiSwap is working to build trust in the project by launching a leadership search, boosting financial transparency, and adopting community monitoring. In the near future, users will be able to try out new features like stableswap on Trident, Omnichain Token Swaps, Shoyu 2.0 Beta, and more.
