The Shiba Inu community worked together over the weekend to burn half a billion meme tokens.
The Shiba burn tracker’s Twitter account stated that approximately a billion SHIB tokens had been delivered to dead-end wallets, thus removing them from the circulating supply.
962.3 million SHIB tokens destroyed
Three big slots of Shiba Inu were destroyed by the SHIB army.
Since Friday morning, 405 million and 311,860,295 Shiba Inu were burnt and in the last 24 hours, the SHIB Inu army destroyed another chunk of 243,069,460 Shiba Inu.

SHIB whale owns 1.14 trillion tokens after fresh purchase
“Bombur,” an Ethereum whale, has reportedly been buying a lot of SHIB. It has added 56,946,679,217 meme tokens to his enormous hoard of Shiba Inu. It also added another 53,788,394,748 SHIB on Saturday.
Over the last week, he purchased a total of 214 billion SHIB Inu in the slot of 50 billion each. Its collection now totals 1,147,843,854,587 canine coins.
Meanwhile, the number of SHIB users has increased. Since the beginning of May, the total number of wallets has climbed by about 7,000.
The SHIB army coin is trading at $0.00001667, down 12% in the previous 24 hours, as per writing.
