Polygon Studios joins CryptoMIbs in their mission to promote NFTs and blockchain usage

Polygon Studios has joined CryptoMibs’ mission to uplift NFTs and blockchain usage. Despite the fact that cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and blockchains are expanding at an unprecedented rate, CryptoMibs, an arcade-based mini games platform, feels there is a socio-economic barrier that has restricted its widespread reach. The initiative has created an environment in which participants may participate and others can learn about the benefits of these technologies.

CryptoMibs has been working on a full blockchain-based gaming platform. According to the proposal, gaming creates an environment free of social and economic inequities. The CryptoMib infrastructure aims to make gaming more accessible to the general public while also bringing the benefits of NFTs and GameFi to the people. However, thus far, the project has not been able to locate an environment that fits its goals. After considerable thought, CryptoMibs feels that the Polygon ecosystem would be the best fit for helping the project achieve its accessibility goals.

Polygon is a layer-1 solution for Ethereum that was created to address scalability and gas cost concerns. The network quickly grew in popularity, and it now hosts thousands of DeFi projects and dApps. Polygon Studios was established to handle the ecosystem’s development of gaming and NFT applications. This NFT arm will provide developers with services such as finance, strategy, marketing, and tools. OpenSea, Decentral Games, MegaCryptoPolis, Skyweaver, DraftKings, and Prada are among the initiatives that have benefited from the ecosystem’s scalability and cost-effectiveness.

Despite the fact that it was created in 2018, CryptoMibs appears to be having trouble finding an environment that fits its objectives. The project was previously established on Ethereum, however, it struggled to maintain its viability because of high gas prices and limited scalability. When the Loom Network went offline in 2020, the project was lucky enough to survive. As a result, the group allegedly spent time researching the various ecosystems before settling on Polygon.

According to the CryptoMibs team, Polygon officials have been supportive of the game project since the negotiations began. Following this first nod, the Polygon ecosystem has proven to have the potential to boost the CryptoMibs game project’s development and chances. The project seeks to demonstrate the value of NFTs, improve interoperability and cross-chain connection, and make the environment as enjoyable as possible with the new integration. The Mibs Polygon Spring Festival, an NFT festival organised by the project, has been announced. On April 16, the festival finals will be held, with intriguing NFTs in the prize pool.
