NFTs to incorporate blockchain technology in Hollywood “Gossamer” animated series

On June 23, the leading NFT metaverse game company, XYZZY, plans to collaborate with Hollywood’s BRON Digital, a branch of BRON Media Corp, to produce an NFT collection tied to the eight-episode series.

With a fan base in the tens of millions, XYZZY plans to drive traffic and subscriptions to its game platform by rewarding NFT collectors with in-game incentives including new features, virtual items, and other real-world goodies for those who complete their collection.

BRON is the digital media division of Hollywood mega-conglomerate BRON Media Corp., which holds multiple production rights and a portfolio of over 1,200 episodes of television programming.

They revealed that an NFT collection would be created to complement BRON’s “Gossamer,” an animated movie series consisting of eight half-hour episodes.

“This is an NFT project big enough for the big screen,” said Aaron L. Gilbert, CEO and chairman of Bron Media Corporation. “The characters that viewers will see and fall in love with on the silver screen will be the same ones they’re buying in the NFT collection. Web3 has never had a chance to intersect with mainstream media quite like this.”

NFTs have become an increasingly popular way for consumers to purchase collectibles, receive rewards, and gain access to experiences related to their favourite TV shows, movies, musicians and online celebrities.
