Tezos would pay the 13-time Premier League winner about $27 million each year to have their brand on the club’s training jersey for the duration of their agreement, according to The Athletic.
According to the information available, this isn’t the first time the blockchain network has partnered with a sports team to promote itself. Tezos was recognised as Redbull’s official blockchain partner in 2021. Tezos assisted it in the development of its first NFT fan experience platform later that year.
Tezos was also named as McLaren Racing’s official technical partner in a partnership that included its Formula 1, INDYCAR, and esports teams. In addition, the network aided in the debut of McLaren’s NFT in 2021.
That’s all tezos have been doing. Wrap!
