Michael Jordan, the NBA legend, released his first NFT collection on Thursday via the Heir platform. The name of his first NFT is “6 RINGS”. Owners of the “6 RINGS” tokens have access to exclusive experiences and rewards. The “6 RINGS” NFTs depict a bull with six rings on each horn. There are different colours for the bull and the background. There is also a unique number at the bottom of the picture.
Jordan won six championship rings, which is a noteworthy accomplishment but still less than Bill Russell’s eleven championship rings while playing for the Boston Celtics in the 1950s and 1960s.
The 6 RINGS NFT Collection was available for purchase directly on the Heir platform for 2.3 SOL (approximately $206 at the time). However, the first run of 5,005 pieces has already sold out, forcing fans that missed out to purchase on the secondary market via Magic Eden.
The current price floor is 3.3 SOL, representing a little more than a 43% increase over the initial asking price.
