According to data published by Whale Alert, a blockchain company that monitors huge crypto transactions, major crypto exchanges and anonymous digital wallets have exchanged a staggering 678.5 million XRP tokens in the last 24 hours.
A total of 256.2 million XRP were transferred in one transaction. According to the aforementioned crypto tracker, many addresses associated with huge centralised crypto exchanges have transferred the equivalent of $360,739,666 in Ripple-affiliated coins. However, several of them were categorised as unknown.
Binance, FTX, Bittrex, Bitstamp, and BitGo were among the exchanges that traded XRP tokens.
SBI Motor Japan, a used car exporter based in Japan, has begun to accept top ten cryptocurrencies XRP and Bitcoin as payment for exported used cars. The company is a division of the banking behemoth SBI Group.
Another SBI Group business, “SBI VC Trade,” a crypto trading exchange, handles cryptocurrency payments.
422.3 million XRP has been shovelled through these exchangers. The largest quantity of XRP exchanged in a single transaction, however, was a whopping 256,234,246 coins. It was transferred between anonymous wallets.
