Launch of “Degen Trilogy”
While Coinbase temporarily postponed its previously stated plans to develop an NFT marketplace half a year ago, the US’s biggest cryptocurrency exchange has agreed to work with BAYC to create the “Degen Trilogy,” an interactive three-part movie.
Coinbase is producing the film via its media division, which is managed by entertainment and cultural marketing director William Swann. The launch will be scheduled to take place with the opening of the Coinbase NFT marketplace.
Selected NFT owners can earn $10,000 in Bitcoin or ApeCoin
Bored Ape NFT holders may link their wallets to cast their apes in the film. Users can link to the Coinbase wallet to do so, and NFT owners whose Bored Apes are selected to participate in the film will get $10,000 in Bitcoin or ApeCoin.
