Chiliz has unveiled the Scoville testnet for the newly created Layer1 blockchain network Chiliz Chain 2.0. (also known as CC2). Chiliz (CHZ) is a blockchain-based sports platform with the goal of providing blockchain-based solutions for the sports sector and assisting fans in participating in the token economy.
The Chiliz Chain 2.0 will concentrate on Web3 capabilities in sports and entertainment, as well as the development of NFT and game-to-earn (P2E) games, as well as the acceleration of the creation of fan tokens and decentralised finance (DeFi) applications.

Chiliz Labs has also launched an accelerator programme to give infrastructure services, technical assistance,and funding to developers working on on-chain apps on the CC2 network.
Previously, the sports-focused digital trading platform expanded its entertainment services and partnered with well-known “big names” in the sports sector, like FC Barcelona, Juventus, and Paris Saint-Germain, among others. Chiliz’s $CHZ tokens are not just utilised in soccer-related sports entertainment, but the company also teamed with UFC in May.
