Behance, Adobe’s creative showcase platform, announced on March 7 that users can now link their Phantom wallets to their Behance accounts and display Solana (SOL) non fungible tokens (NFTs) on their profiles. Phantom is a Solana wallet designed for decentralised finance (DeFi) applications and NFTs. QuickNode, a Miami-based Web3 infrastructure platform, collaborated with Adobe on the development of this functionality on Solana.
Our mission at @Behance has been steadfast for over a decade: help creatives build their careers on their own terms. Some choose to freelance, some want full-time gigs, some offer subscriptions, some sell templates, some livestream, and others sell NFTs. (1/8)

Creators on Behance can now display their NFTs minted on the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain in their profiles. However, William Allen, the Adobe vice president in charge of Behance, stated on Twitter that many of Behance’s users may no longer want to engage with Ethereum because of worries about its high energy consumption and gas expenses. In October 2021, Behance permitted its artists to link their crypto wallets and NFTs to their Behance profiles for the first time. At the time, Adobe also collaborated with the NFT marketplaces Rarible, OpenSea, KnownOrigin, and SuperRare as part of the company’s “Content Authenticity Initiative” to safeguard digital artists by revealing provenance data.

Unfortunately, many creatives have had their work stolen in the NFT space; I’ve been very focused on this for the past year: https://t.co/WqNPeLxfQL Soon your @solana address will be added to the Content Credentials tool in Ps to help ensure YOU get credit for your work. (7/8)

Adobe may use QuickNode to rent access to the Solana blockchain rather than constructing and maintaining its own node. According to the QuickNode website, the firm is the leading provider of Solana node services, powering more than half of the Solana ecosystem.
