Metaverse is future of pop culture: Paris Hilton

On January 18, Super Plastic released its “Headtripz” NFT collection, which included a collaboration piece with Hilton.

The original influencer, Paris Hilton, has taken her campaign into the Metaverse, asserting that it reflects the “future of parties, going out, making friends, and being sociable. Everyone in the audience got an NFT from her upcoming Super Plastic collection from the pop-culture superstar. On January 25, Hilton made appearances on Jimmy Fallon’s ‘Tonight Show,’ where she discussed her experiences in the NFT group. She said her first NFT collection with Super Plastic will be available on the Origin protocol soon.

Hilton sold her “Iconic Crypto Queen” NFT for $1.1 million in April 2021. She began investing in cryptocurrency in 2016. She has a NFT collection of 141 pieces, including a Bored Ape and works by Grimes and Steve Aoki. Hilton’s “Paris World” premiered on the online gaming platform Roblox on New Year’s Eve 2021, where she performed a DJ performance in front of a virtual audience.

According to Roblox statistics, the Metaverse Island has drawn 63,900 guests. In comparison, Roblox’s “ALDC Studio” world, inspired by the American reality TV show “Dance Moms,” has over 30.5 million visits.

Hilton has over 55 million followers on her Social Media channels. Despite the island’s disappointing statistics, Hilton remains optimistic about its future. Following the popularity of her reality TV show “The Simple Life” in 2003, the rich lady catapulted to stardom. She just debuted a new show called “Paris in Love,” as well as a podcast titled “This is Paris.”
