World-leading Web-3 gaming and music company, GALA, announced in a press release on August 11 to launch a new vertical named Gala Film.
Apart from the announcement Gala also provided insight on its partnership with Stick Figure Production to deliver a documentary film named FOUR DOWN made by Steven Cantor, an award-winning filmmaker.
Gala Film is also based on the same blockchain technology that supports mechanics of Gala Games and Gala music such as ‘Play and Earn’ and ‘Watch and Earn’ respectively, providing ways to procure prizes to its users through NFTs and nodes.
Apart from the partnership with Stick Figure, Gala is also doing partnerships with Ai&Aiko, actor and filmmaker David Bianchi, Battle Island and Making the Chronic with Snoop Dogg.
Now the users can support new projects by taking part in the content they consume with the help of digital ownership.
Gala is able to offer an interoperable protocol by adding Gala Film with Gala games and Gala music.
COO of GALA, Sarah Buxton said, “ The launch of Gala Film marks the start of another era in the Web3 ecosystem, driven by Gala. Our protocol offers outstanding involvement and access to new projects, with fans ready to appreciate remarkable experiences, giving power to creatives, and getting awarded for doing so. We are focused on delivering fan-first entertainment, where innovation is utilized to further deliver fan experiences while never turning into an obstruction to entry or enjoyment.”
